How to Relieve Stress

During this hard time it’s sometimes hard to stay calm, especially due to all of the stress that we encounter. Luckily, there are some tips that might help you relieve stress in a positive way. Studies show coloring can have a calming effect on many people. Ways to incorporate this into your life would be to take 15-20 minutes out of your day to color or paint, maybe even while you’re doing another task. It is also said that music can have a calming effect on people’s minds. The best type of music to listen to would be quiet and mellow music, you can even play it in the background while you are focusing on something else. Other good tactics would be to read if you enjoy books, watch your favourite tv show, or do some type of activity outside. Overall you should set some time out of your day to do things that you enjoy and remember to stay safe during this time.
