Quarantine has been keeping a good amount of people inside with their families. People working on work and school but it has been getting to the point where you don’t want to do anything or don’t know what to do. A lot of people’s brains are probably going a bit crazy so here are some things to keep your brain active. Puzzles are a great way to challenge your brain but also a great time with your family. There are different types of puzzles, small easy ones or ones with 5000 pieces that have similar color throughout which makes it more challenging. If puzzles are your thing then crossword puzzles or any spelling or math games would be great. Those help your brain continue to work. Family game nights are another great to do something new. Even doing a cooking night every other night to do something new, Anything would work just try and avoid screen time since you probably do all of that already being on it 24/7 because of school. Try and learn something that you can take out of after this whole shut down that will help you stay active whether it is physical or mental health.
